Couples Twilight June 10th

The first Couples Twilight event of the 2022 season ended up being a beautiful night on the course with ideal weather.  We are hoping for more of the same on Friday, June 10th.  This event is filling up quickly and it looks like it will be sold out very soon.  There are a limited number of openings available.  For more details on the event or to register and complete payment visit https://thelegacygolfclub.com/couples-twilight/

Weather Update – May 29th – Part 2

The lightning has finally left the area and we have begun to send out groups once again.  We are currently running behind on the tee, but doing our best to get caught back up as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience and understanding.  Carts are still allowed off the path using the 90 degree rule and the driving range is open.  We are still hoping at some point we can control the weather:).

Weather Update – May 29th

We are currently in a lightning delay.  Rain is not the issue, but the lightning is.  We will continue to monitor the conditions and hope to get players back out on the course as soon as the weather allows.

Course Condition Update

The cloud cover continues as well as the rainfall.  Due to the 2″+ of rain cart restrictions will continue for awhile.  Carts will be restricted to the paths only through at least Friday, May 27th (if not longer).  We need sunshine and wind to help us out.

Course Update Thursday, May 26th & Friday, May 27th

The rain was a welcome sight as the course was in need of some moisture.  However, three days in a row of rain has proven to be enough as we have received nearly 2″. Therefore, for at least the next few days (May 26th & May 27th) golf carts will be restricted to the paths only.  We are now in need of sunshine and warmer temperatures to get the course to dry out.

Course Update ~ Wednesday, May 4th

We are patiently waiting for the sun to show itself for an extended period of time.  It does not look like that will be this week.  The extended forecast does not look very promising until next week.  Therefore, we are notifying our customers of what to expect this week.

Carts: Restricted To Cart Path Only
Driving Range: Currently closed, but monitoring daily

Course Update May 3rd

While the moisture is nice to see, we are ready for sunshine to outnumber the rain days!  The course is open, but golf carts will be restricted to the paths only and the driving range will not be open.  It sounds like we will have a nice Wednesday, but rain returning for later in the work week.  Based upon the current forecast it is likely that cart restrictions will be in place.

One Spot Open For TaylorMade Invitational

The Legacy Invitational Sponsored by TaylorMade will take place this Friday, May 6th. The two-person best shot is an 18 hole event with two flights being awarded. We have one spot available for a team at 10:15am. The day includes 18 holes with cart, sack lunch, dozen TP golf balls, TP leather glove and custom hat for each player.
