It was a tough battle, but the Red Team pulled away with a win in The Legacy Cup. The final tally was 16 1/2 Red and 15 1/2 Blue. It was the tightest match yet. A great time was had by all including 18 holes of golf, competition and a fabulous steak dinner put on by Legacy Men’s League President Jeff Breeding. Thanks again to everyone for participating. It was a great 10th Anniversary of this event.

It is hard to believe, but 10 years ago The Legacy held our first Legacy Cup. This event is open to all of our league members. In 2019 we have 32 players who team up and compete red vs blue. The format is 6 holes each of Best Shot, Alternate Shot and Singles Matches. It is a great day with lots of fun, competition, banter and one of the best steak dinners you will ever have. Your generous support of the 14th Annual Score Fore Kids Golf Tournament will fund CFUM programs such as our Awesome Summer Days, a seven week, all-day, academically-based program designed to diminish learning loss during the summer break. Approximately 125 children, grades K-5 participate in the program which includes academic support, recreation, field experiences, service opportunities, and good old-fashioned play.
There are multiple ways that you can help CFUM including (but not limited to): sponsorship opportunities, foursomes, and out right donations. We look forward to seeing you on July 19th!
